Tan y Bryn is a charming stone farmhouse in an attractive rural setting, very popular with families who enjoy the welcome home it gives after a happy day out at all the nearby tourist attractions.. A downstairs bedroom, with en suite wet room and access to the garden make this house suitable for those who cannot manage stairs. A great house for two or three generations to share.

Farmhouse kitchen/diner, dining table & chairs, electric cooker microwave,dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing machine and tumble drier.
Sitting room:
Sofas and chairs, TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, open fire, French door to rear garden.
Garden:
Sunny rear garden with patio, pic-nic table, barbecue and garden shed. Ample parking.
Pets

Full central heating and open fire. Oil and electricity included in rent, coal at cost.
Tan y Bryn is suitable for those who cannot manage stairs, with ramps where necessaryinside and access to the garden. Shower chair, toilet surround and elevated seat can be provided if needed and must be requested at the time of booking.
