Ty Poeth,newly modernised, provides spacious accommodation for familes or friends to share. The kitchen has all modern appliances and amazing views from the kitchen sink. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen, a large table to seat ten in comfort and a door out onto the terrace and garden. A very spacious beamed sitting room with deep comfortable sofas & chairs, has digitalTV and DVD player and a large open fire. Next door is a second sitting room with wall mounted digital TV and a large sofa bed. There is a shoer room with WC downstairs. This is a great house for large families or groups of friends to gather to share a memorable holiday.
SLEEPS 10 IN FOUR BEDROOMS PLUS A SOFA BED.
Bedrooms:
2 double, one with king size bed.
2 twin, one with 2' '6" beds. One double and one twin room with wash basin .
Cot & highchair available.
Bed linen provided.
Bathrooms:
Shower room with basin, WC and heated towel rail downstairs. Main bathroom has electric shower over bath, basin, WC & heated towel rail. Two bedroooms have wash basins, Towels for hire £8.00 per person.
Kitchen/Diner:
Induction hob, fan oven , microwave, fridge, freezer dishwasher, breakfast table for 4 filtered drinking water. Spacious dining area with seating for 10. Door to garden.
Sitting Rooms:
Very spacious sitting room with sofas and armchaairs, Digital TV DVD player , radio/CD player, Open fire.
Smaller sitting/TV room with wall mounted Digital TV and large sofa which converts to a large double bed, bedding provided.
Utility Area
Washing machine & tumble drier.
Garden
Large lawned garden and paved terrace in front of house both with spectacular views of Snowdonia. Garden furniture and barbecue provided. Lockable storage shed. Ample parking.
Pets.
Pets strictly by agreement, £15.00 per week & £10.00 per short break. See Conditions for Dogs.

Full central heating, oil & electricity included in rent, coal at cost.
